Vintage Brass Elk Watch Fob with Star Clock Face

Brass watch fob, hexagonal shape with a chain-link edge. Front shows a raised elk or deer head with antlers, a star with Roman numeral ring above, and letters "B.P.O.E." (Elks lodge emblem). Loop at top for attaching to a chain; a small hole is visible on the face. Appears to be an older fob, tarnished with some darkening in the recesses; no obvious cracks or missing pieces in the photos. Please check: age, whether the loop and hole are original, the metal (brass vs. plated), and any wear on the back.
